The internal protection process adopts a combination of "PE film+VCI anti rust paper", and the anti rust cycle of VCI anti rust paper can reach 6-12 months;

The binding force of the external fixed steel strip can be precisely controlled to avoid deformation of the copper strip coil caused by excessive binding force.

High automation integration: The full process automation rate is ≥ 90%, requiring only 1-2 operators for feeding assistance and abnormal handling. Compared to manual packaging, the efficiency is improved by 3-5 times, and surface pollution caused by manual contact is avoided.

Environmental Protection and Safety Design:

Adopting solvent-free VCI rust inhibitor and recyclable PE film, which meets environmental protection requirements;
