Transformer Core Lifting Platform

The transformer core lifting platform is a device specifically designed for the stacking process of transformer cores.

Function: 

The transformer core is made of stacked silicon steel sheets. During the stacking process, as the number of silicon steel sheets decreases, the stacking height gradually decreases, making it difficult for workers to pick up the sheets. The transformer core lifting platform can continuously transport stacked silicon steel sheets upwards, making it easier for operators to retrieve them, reducing labor intensity, and improving operational efficiency.

Structural composition: 

Different types of lifting platforms have different structures. For example, a screw lift platform typically includes a screw lift, T-shaped steering gear, motor, reducer, guide column, base frame, pallet, etc. Hydraulic lifting platforms have metal frames, pallets, hydraulic pump stations and other components, and some are also equipped with protective devices such as accordion covers. There are also some iron core yoke pieces that support the lifting and rotating platform, including the base, platform, lifting and rotating mechanism, adsorption mechanism, etc.

Working principle: 

The screw lifting platform is driven by a single motor mechanism, through transmission components such as a reducer and a T-shaped steering gear, to achieve synchronous operation of the screw lifts set up in groups, thereby ensuring the synchronization of the two side pallets and the levelness of the platform, and driving the silicon steel sheets on the pallets to rise and fall. The hydraulic lifting platform is powered by a hydraulic pump station and lifted by hydraulic cylinders.

Performance characteristics:

It can meet the requirements of stacking large transformer cores. At the same time, the metal frame of the platform provides stable support, ensuring smooth lifting and lowering. The accordion cover provides all-round protection, isolating dust and garbage, and protecting the safety and health of workers.

Type classification: 

According to different driving methods, it can be divided into screw type lifting platforms and hydraulic lifting platforms. The screw type lifting platform has a relatively simple structure and high precision; Hydraulic lifting platforms have greater load-bearing capacity and relatively faster lifting speeds.
