The Temporary Inverted Pallet Turner is a specialized equipment used in logistics, warehousing, and production processes. Its core function is to temporarily invert the pallet and its contents to achieve tasks such as pallet replacement, cargo detachment, surface cleaning, or packaging adjustment. It combines efficiency and safety and is widely used in industries such as food, medicine, chemical, and e-commerce that require frequent stacking of goods.


1、Core working principle

The equipment completes the processing of pallet goods through the process of "mechanical clamping flip drive temporary inversion reset/unloading". The core logic is to use "temporary inversion" to solve the operational requirements that are difficult to achieve through traditional manual operations. The specific steps are as follows:

Cargo positioning and clamping: Transport pallets carrying goods (such as plastic pallets, wooden pallets) to the clamping area of the flipping machine. The equipment firmly fixes the pallets and goods through two sides or upper and lower clamping arms (equipped with anti slip rubber pads) to prevent the goods from shifting or scattering during the flipping process.
